microsoft scan app

have an issue with this app. My laser printers app are older not supported by windows anymore. I use scan but when I first start it. it always has an error

message then I run it again its works ???

  • What is the make and model of the PC?
  • What is the complete model number of the Canon All-in-one?
  • What is the error message are you getting?
