Microsoft refurbished computers with no Microsoft refurbished key?

I bought a computer from a shop  that claimed it is a microsoft authorized refurbisher.

I can't find any  Certificate of Authenticity label in my computer and the staff claimed there are no longer having such kind label in the computer that he sold. Is that normal that there are no Certificate of Authenticity label in a microsoft refurbished machine?

Can I check whether or not the machine is microsoft refurbished machine without a Certificate of Authenticity label?

Hi Tony

That is unusual, we can check the Windows licence installed on that PC . . .

1
Open the Settings App

Go to Update and Security - Activation

On that page, what is reported for Activation and what edition (Home, Pro . . etc.) of Windows 10 is installed on the PC

2
Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog . . .
