Microsoft Photos App not working

Hi. 

I have tried all the recommendations for fix the Photos app not working and it still crashes when I open it. I have uninstall and install it a few times, reset and repaired it and still no dice. 

Please help.

Thanks. Is your device on the compatibility list provided by the computer manufacturer?

Try doing a repair install. A repair Install keeps everything including Files and applications and reinstalls Windows.

Nope. there appears to be an issue with the latest build of the Photos app which is causing this issue for many users. The version with the issue is 2020.20070.10002.0.

Please do not do a repair install of Windows. It will not resolve this issue.

Microsoft need to fix the photos app.
