Microsoft Mahjong Windows 10 and Mobile not in sync

I've been using Mahjong on my Android phone for a while and I thought I'd play it on my PC as well but they don't seem to sync.

Both are signed into the same live account and the same icon shows up so I know its the same but when I play challenge games on one it doesn't reflect on the other.

Should it work? How do I work out which one actually has the sync problem?

p.s. solitaire and sudoku both sync fine between the two devices.

Unfortunately, Mahjong by Microsoft (on mobile) is not able to sync with your current progress from the Windows platform version.

Thanks for the info.

It surprises me that the microsoft games are so inconsistently implemented.

You'd think there'd be a common set of libraries they all use.
