Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Digital Ownership Error With Game Pass

Hello,

I am having an issue installing Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 on my windows machine. I have Game Pass Ultimate and have attempted to download the sim through the Microsoft Store using my subscription. Every time I try to begin the install the "Digital Ownership" immediately errors out and gives me the error  0x87E00017.

I have tried the following:

-Updating Windows to version 2004

-Updated the MS Store to the latest version

-Resetting the store through the settings

-Reinstalling the store

-Uninstalling all program files from the simulator

-Making the account on the store an administrator

And a few others

I have followed every video and post I could find discussing issues installing Flight Simulator 2020 and more generally Game Pass games and nothing has worked so far. I have been at this for about a week now and still have had no luck. I have dozens of other Game Pass titles installed and they all run fine and gave no issue so I'm not sure why this one is being particularly difficult but since the "Digital Ownership" is what is failing initially causing the other downloads to error out I can only assume it has something to do with Game Pass and this game particularly.

Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting this error when trying to install on my D drive. It seems to work fine if I try installing on my boot drive (C).

same issue.

I cannot reinstall game.
Getting errors 
0x803FB107 - Microsoft Flight Simulator: Deluxe
0x80073D12 - Digital Ownership

My problem is that the Deluxe stopped at 43% so shut down pc. Then I could only install the standard version. In regards to the digital ownership my error is 0x80073CF9

Make sure Xbox Game Bar is installed from Windows Store. Missing this app may lead to the issues with installation.

I'm experiencing this exact same issue and have not had any luck resolving this. I find this very frustrating given that this was an APP that I paid for. I'll continue looking for help!
