It happens in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge ... I haven't tried other browsers.
I figured if it didn't work in either Chrome or Edge, then it was unlikely to be because of the browser.
I tried taking the route to the page to submit help tickets that you took (suggested I should take), but going by that route still takes me to a page that requires me to select a "workspace" before I am allowed to submit a support ticket, and I don't have any workspaces on my list to choose from.
Possibly the reason I don't have any workspaces is the same reason as the reason that the system is bugging out for me in the first place, but knowing that does not help:
The problem is chicken and egg: I can't submit a ticket to ask them to fix the broken system, because the system for submitting the support ticket is also broken.
