information?
1.
Which browser are you using?
2.
Is the issue specific to this particular website?
3.
When was the last time you were able to login without any issues?
4.
Do you have any third party anti-virus program installed on the computer?
5.
Are you aware of any recent software or hardware changes on the computer?
If you are using Internet Explorer you may try login in no
add on mode and check if it helps.
If that does not help, you may try clearing the cache. The cache is information stored from your surfing activity.
a. Open Internet Explorer.
b. Click on Tools, clicking Internet Options.
c. Click on the General tab.
d. Click Delete next to Browsing history.
e. Now, check the issue.
If issue still persists, then reset Internet Explorer and check.
Note: Close all Internet Explorer windows when performing Reset.
a.
Press the Windows key and the R key together to get the Run prompt.
b.
In the Run prompt, type inetcpl.cpl and press enter.
c.
Click on the Advanced tab.
d.
Select Reset to reset Internet Explorer settings.
