MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD's?

A few days ago, I got a BIOS message saying that there was a problem with the BIOS and it had to reset, and it was apparently a BIOS Battery issue, so I replaced the battery - thats fixed now
Last night, I got a BSOD about Memory management, and the PC would only stay on for 5 minutes, then BSOD. I ran Memtest86, and 22772 errors appeared. I figured out that once I took out my PNY Technologies 2GB DDR2 DIMM RAM out, these errors didn't appear.

But, now I'm getting a BSOD about memory mangement this morning. According to Bluescreenview, I got quite a few BSOD's in the early hours of today. One saying PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, one with nothing ( I think thats when my graphics card drivers failed, all fixed now ), and at 11:54am, MEMORY_MANGEMENT

For advice on how to configure your system to create dump files please read:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649

The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.

Will do, its just BSOD'd on me again and isn't letting me back in. I'll try getting back into it. Also, do you know of any bootable CD's that checks the hardware?

Bootable diagnostic CD's listed here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
The first 3 (hard drive, memory, and anti-malware) have bootable options.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on Win7 systems due to the sptd.sys driver.
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/faq#remove_32sptd

Conexant DialUp modem drivers date from 2006 and must be updated.  Visit the PC Manufacturer's website to download them.  Generic drivers are available here:  http://www.conexant.com/support/

LogMeIn drivers date from 2007.  Please uninstall it immediately.  Should you wish to continue using it, please download an updated version from the LogMeIn website.

Several of your nVidia chipset drivers date from 2008.  Please visit the nVidia website and download them from here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_vista_win7_64bit_15.49.html

If that doesn't solve the problem, then I'd suggest running the free hardware diagnostics listed here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html  Start with the memory diagnostics

I would test your RAM. Type Windows Memory Diagnostic in the Search Box above the Start Button and press the ENTER key to start the operation.

How many RAM sticks make up your total RAM? Was it all installed at the same time?

You have Daemon Tools which might be best uninstalled.

Your anti-virus software appears to be Sophos. How current is the version?

What is the graphics card you have installed?

I tested the RAM via pressing F8, selecting the memory diagnostic, nothing found. I'll do it again, but im pretty sure its going to be no luck.

My RAM is 800MHz DDR2 2GB.
Its about a month old now, and it was all installed at the same time.when I ran Memtest86 (I'll try w/ microsoft's later ) It came up with 22772 errors in the RAM. I removed a PNY stick of RAM, as that one was the odd one out, the rest were kingston, and no errors.

I have Sophos Endpoint security and control verison 9.5, and updated frequently.
I removed daemon tools yesterday.

I have the ATI Raedon 5570 graphics card. If you asked that because of one of the dump files were down to the graphics card drivers did not respond quick enough, that was my own fault because of a driver issue and is now fixed.

For about a good 3 hours, I  was playing Need For Speed World on my desktop, it was working fine, apart from google chrome and desktop gadgets crashed within the 3 hours, so I temp moved over to opera, and had no problems.

I even left it on overnight, to test if I fixed it, and it didn't BSOD. It just happened to me again litterally 5 minutes ago.

If you need any more info just give me a shout.

I just did the Memory test again, no errors.
I have a 1TB HDD USB  and a 500GB HDD USB
The 1TB HDD has a system image from christmas eve, before the desktop even seen the new RAM.
If I make a sys image of the desktop now onto the 500GB harddrive( I'll try to, but it might bsod in the middle of it ), then restore the desktop from the system image from christmas eve thats on the 1TB HDD, it could debug the issue better.

If I dont get any more BSOD's, its the operating system, if I still get BSOD's, its definately a hardware issue and I shall restore its sys from the 500GB HDD

I keep all my files backed up to 4 places, including a server, so I dont need to worry about loosing files. Cause after my experiances with computers, I back up everything.
