Medisoft application has stopped working

Medisoft software is not working on windows 7 after updates on 1/10/2013.  It's in a loop of warning that it wasn't shut down properly and then crashing. 

Faulting application name MAPA.EXE, version 15.2.2.324
Faulting module name ntdll.dll 

Any help would be appreciated

After going through your issue description, it appears that you have an issue with Medisoft application performance. However, in order to guide you in the right direction; I will need some more information. Please help me by answering the questions mentioned below.

 

Which updates have you installed on your computer?

 

Let’s find the issue cause and try fixing it by performing the following method.

 

Method 1:

Keep the computer on a clean boot and check for the issue status. If everything works fine after a clean boot, you can infer that some third party services are causing the problem. Proceed with the remaining steps to pin-point out the third party service. After you figure out the problem causing program, you may have to update or install a higher version of the program, if you seldom use that software you can consider uninstalling it.

Note: Please go through step 3 of the Kb to keep the computer in normal startup after fixing the issue.

 

 

Method 2:

You can try fixing the issue by doing system restore or uninstalling and reinstalling application.

 

System Restore.

Perform system restore to a system restore point where the application was working fine.

Uninstall, reinstall the application and check the issue status.
