McAffee Anti-Virus Protection and Firewall

When I turn my computer on, a warning says McAfee Virus Protection & Firewall have been turned off. I turn them back on but something is turning them off again. What's causing this? 

Hello Evelyn649, my name is Farah and I'm an Independent Adviser. I can help you regarding this problem


Open Services.msc from start menu and search for a service called "Security Center"
Check if the startup type is automatic.
It could be that Windows Security center is not reporting McAfee as an installed Antivirus.
If everything was ok, right click on Start menu and choose Apps and features, then search for mcafee and repair the installation, so it register it self again in windows, after this, restart windows again.
