Thanks for posting your query. I understand that you can only see your email from the last two weeks. For isolation, I would like to ask some questions.
- Can you see the emails properly in web mail?
- Are you using Mail app in Windows 8 or Windows Live Mail included in Windows Essentials package?
- If using Windows Live Mail, what is the exact build version installed in your computer? To check, press
ALT + F in Mail, click About.
In the meantime, if you are using Windows Live Mail, I suggest that you reconfigure your account to refresh the connection of your account to the client. Try following the steps
here on how to remove and re-add again the account.
