lost accomplishments and data on Sudoku

this is the third time at the end of a month I lost all my games for the entire month.  This time I also lost everything since the game has been upgraded, I was somewhere between level 45 and 50 and now I am level 1.  I love playing this game but am tired of getting to the end of the month and everything is gone.  I am not playing this again until it gets fixed and I am brought back up to my old level.

yes I am signed in there I also play solitaire and Mahjong and have never lost any data there if you look at my sudoku game you will see I play every day and never miss getting them all done every month the only months I did not complete them all are the times near the end of the month that I lost all games played for that month.

Um ... ok, but in the game is there a login method too? Which could save your position.

I am always logged in to all 3 of the games I play.  When I open my sudoku game at the top it shows my log in game name and what level I am (right now level 1 not level 50).  I can still see all of my accomplishments from before the game changed in May (?) but lost every month after the new format started so I don't believe it is a log in problem.

I started playing Suduko in dec of 2016 so I know how to be logged in.  in the past I have lost all of my games I've played for the month on 2-3 times always at the end of the month so it makes it hard to play the games over to get the diamond in the games

What I see in your screenshot at the bottom right is that your Windows is not activated. That could be one of the reasons.


So I suggest you activate Windows.

This does not cause any problems with the other two games I play and I can't find the activation code to update and I can not afford to but another copy of windows

Have you taken the suggested approach? If you had a digital license, it should activate it, but yes that could be the problem, because the store is linked to your microsoft account which is linked to your windows account.
