Log in Screen Locks out! Stuck at Blue Screen Windows 10

I have an issue with a certain log in screen that's now popping up for at least 4 users... its annoying as hell and I cannot figure out how to remove it or even where it came from... After CTRL/ALT/DEL (windows 10) this screen shows up...

This wouldn't be an issue but sometimes after hitting ctrl/alt/del we do not get the screen shown above, but instead get this frozen blue screen and the only way out of it is to restart the PC and hope we get the log in option:

How can we get rid of this log in screen entirely and use the standard WIN10 log in screen shown below:

Hi Timothy,

Corrupted Windows update components and some group policy configurations can trigger issues in your login screen. For us to properly assist you in rectifying this unusual behavior, supply more information by answering these questions:

  • How and when did the issue start?
  • Can you still log in on your profile with the 1st image shown in your post?
  • Do you have any group policies applied on your device? If yes, do you also remember re-configuring them?
  • Have you made any specific changes to your device prior to this happening?
  • Is the issue confined to a Microsoft account or a local user profile?
  • Aside from restarting your PC, what other steps have you tried so far?

We will be waiting for your reply so we can move forward to resolving your concern.

The issue has only happened on 5 user PC's. When the user locks their screen and tries to unlock(Ctrl+alt+del) they are met with the stuck blue screen...  the only way to get passed that is to restart.....   We tried updating bios and all nothing has worked.

Again this only happens to users who have this weird login screen:

Hi Timothy,

It looks like your PC or laptop's Dynamic Lock feature is activated. To turn this off, follow the steps below:

  1. Type Settings on the Cortana search box and hit the Enter key.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. Click Sign-in options.
  4. Uncheck the box under Dynamic lock to turn the feature off.
  5. Restart your PC.

Let us know how it goes. We'll keep an eye out to your response.

...

Well no its not activated....

I don't think anyone is understanding my problem...

When a user leaves their desk, they lock their screen via (ALT+L)

When the use tries to unlock their screen it get stuck:

The only way to get passed this stuck blue screen is to restart the PC.

The screen ONLY gets stuck with users who have this strange looking sign in screen:

The above image is not the standard windows 10 log in screen.  We do not know how it got on the users PC, we need to get rid of it because its on this screen that users get stuck.

Thanks for following up. May we suggest that you try to boot your PC in Safe Mode, and see if the lock screen would change back to normal? There might be a program, app or feature that is conflicting or causing this issue on your lock screen, so Safe Mode could help us isolate that.

Let us know the outcome
