Hi Yon Xu, this is caused by a permissions issue.

In Windows is is difficult to change permissions on a folder

Click the link below to download a reg file from DropBox

When the file downloads, right lick it and choose 'Merge' then confirm the Merge

This will add a new entry on the right click menu in File Explorer - 'Take Ownership

Then in Windows File Explorer, right click that folder and choose 'Take Ownership'

Once that command completes, you will have full control and be able to delete it

Hi Yon Yo,

I am sorry that did not work for you . . .

One Last thing to Try:

Press the Shift Key and click Restart
Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment
Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode:

Open File Explorer
Click on your hard drive
On the Manage Tab, click Cleanup
Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan
In the resulting dialog, click 'Cleanup System Files'
Let Disk Cleanup run another scan
Select Everything in the list and choose Delete
