My local disk c was suddenly full. The size keep change(decreased) whenever I refreshing. I tried to restore my system but my restore point has deleted. I have found some weird system files in Windows folder and those files have weird name. These files made my local disk full and cant be delete.

You can clean up your Hard Drive using these two methods.
"Delete files using Disk Cleanup"
Using the Free CCleaner Program:
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Under NO condition use the Registry cleaning Option in CCleaner

And download, install, update and scan your System with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
And Norton Backup, if you are using Norton, can do strange things with filling up Hard Drive space.

And what of the list of options I gave you does not work.
And what error messages, if any?
Did you run TreeSize.
What did Disk Cleanup remove?
What space was freed up after using CCleaner.
Was any Malware found when you scanned for Malware?
