limited speed in local 5ghz wifi hotspot

Hi

I have strange problem, after 2 weeks of trying to fix it, it looks like some limitation in windows (but i am not sure)

So i have Oculus quest*, USB wifi dongle (TP-link AC 1300 Archer T4U)**, and i want to connect it via 5ghz wifi. I made some settings, to get 5ghz wifi. That works perfectly with all devices, when i create wifi hotspot from diferent PC, but when i do same from mine, all devices can connect at max speed they could (usualy 866mbps), exept oculus quest, it gets just 173mbps. (itt should get on 5ghz 866mbps, and on 2,4ghz wifi just 144mbps)

I tried put drive with WIN 10 from diferent computer into mine, and boot from it, when i done it, and created hotspot all works fine, so by this, i eliminate hardware problem.

I have newly build pc, and newly instaled win 10 (my version is 2004, build: 19401.329).
my motherboard:

I tried download newest drivers to that dongle, didnt fix it.
When i checked wifi channels, they are same, i i create from mine or other computer, so channels aren't problem.

I don't know, what else i can try :/ so i will be gratefull for any help.

* i tried their tech support, and they didn't met this problem.
** i tried diferent wifi dongle, and didn't fix it

Edit / update: i just downloaded older windows (1909) and then it works

Does not sound like a Windows problem. Just the connection is too long from your hotspot. I assume you created a hotspot from a bridged connection? Wink twice if yes.

i put my USB dongle into my pc, with is right next to me, and then create hotspot, so connection is directly betwene quest and pc

and when i boot my pc from diferent drive (from other pc), then it works fine.

(and i talking about local wifi speed, not interent connection speed)

If you are talking about wifi adapter link speed and usb wifi adapter. You are talking about using a usb port 2.0 versus usb port 3.0 maybe. There is no serious fix here. It's just a set up problem. Check for usb 3.0 ports on your PC.

No, thats not problem :/, i have it in usb 3 port. And how i said, when i boot from diferent drive with win 10, then it works from same port

+Other devices can connect at full speed

++ If i try it on diferent computer, usb port doesnt affect that speed (i mean it affect real speed betwene pc an device, but in devices will be still writen max wifi speed)

But still, i gona try all usb porty jut to be sure (but i am sure, i tried more usb3 (even usb2) ports)
