Lenovo Ideapad S145-15API Precision Touchpad Driver not working.

I have an Ideapad S145-15API and my precision touchpad worked perfectly fine before I clean installed Windows. And now I've tried uninstalling the driver and updating it, it showed "The best drivers for your device are already installed." I tried editing the registry for the two finger right click too, but nothing has worked for me. I'm pretty sure this is a driver issue, i just can't find the right driver (I've checked my product support page on Lenovo too.)

(Synaptics Touchpad and Windows 10 Version 2004, OS Build: 19041.329)

Was the touchpad working before Windows 10 version 2004?

if that is the case, you can rollback the driver of your touchpad, please see steps below:

1 .Go to Device manager & roll back the driver to the previous one -
2. Right-click on the Start menu,
3. Device manager,
4. Click on the arrow next to Mice and other pointing devices just to expand the entries in the group,
5. Select your Touchpad,
6. Right click on it & select Properties,
7. Select the Driver tab,
8. Click on the button for Roll back driver ...

Yes, it was working but the problem is that I clean installed Windows 10 on my laptop. So i had to install all my drivers again, some from windows updates and some manually from the lenovo support page for my laptop. So there's no "Rollback driver" option.

I tried that but my touchpad stopped working altogether after I installed that driver so I had to roll back my driver to the HID-compliant mouse.

Sorry to hear it did not fix the issue. Please try this another solution:

1. In the taskbar, look for the touchpad icon (if there is)
2. Right click and select Touchpad properties.
3. In the Touchpad config screen, please check if the Touchpad is enabled.

There is no Touchpad icon, although I did try clicking the Functions Touchpad Key (Image attached). Still isn't working.
