Laptop turns off instantly after a while when plugged in

Ok so recently my hp laptop had an error where it shuts down by it self randomly, asked chat gpt for some commands he gave me some ,i put them ,i dont exactly remember what happens but a after a while my laptop was turning off and keeping all the lights on,the fans were still running and somehow this got fixed and now my laptop has this one issue where whenever i have my charger plugged in ,after a while ,depends on usage like heavy tabbing or whatever its called ,it turns off,no signs off life but turns on normally, but when i use 1 app like roblox it stays way longer (about 1 hour) but the issue still percists, yes i changed my whole charger ,the only thing i remember doing before all of this happened is that i reaseat my hard disk and ram ,when i checked them on the boot thingy, they both passed, all of this issues are only happening when plugged in,i dont know what to do,oh btw i accidentally hit the motherboard next to my cpu but i dont remember it being heavily hit or anything ,my battery is completly fine,i also tried charger without battery and the issue is still the same.

I had minimum processor rate 0% when plugged in,i fixed that to 100% but i think my laptop is still doing this.

In conclusion:

In early stages of this,my laptop was hibernating i 1 frame, after that it says locking and turns off.

NOW

My laptop lights out instantly after a while when charger is plugged in,not happening when only battery is on,tried many stuff including switching chargers, never had this issue before,i only reseated ram and hard disk but accidentaly hit my motherboard with a screwdriver ,no big damage.

Help me.

IMPORTANT:

Before all of that happened,my pc worked fine,no issues whatsover ,events before the disaster :::

-reseated the RAM

-took hard disk ,cleaned the teeth and reseated it

-accidentally hit the motherboard thats holding my cpu.

Also when pc gets turned off, sometimes all the indicating lights go off,and sometimes the power one still is up.

Hello, Potatolaptop

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

It looks like you might have accidentally caused some hardware issues while tinkering with your laptop. Try using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool to check if all the components are working properly: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

If that doesn't fix the problem, I recommend reaching out to HP's tech support or a professional repair service for further assistance.

i dont know if im just dumb but i didnt find what happened compared to what you gave me.

my pc shutsdown ,no restart ,i just press the power button like if my pc has just started .

also realized

VERY IMPORTANT:

my laptop shutsdown depending on what im using

games that demand high performance make my fan go CRAZY (roblox, fortnite)

games that dosent require that much i never had issues with them(brawlhala)

my fan never got this loud until this issue started happening.

Whether it restarts automatically or not, as long as it's not a normal shutdown, event 41 can appear. Just follow the suggestions in the article.

scenario 3,i already switched my charger ,my battery is fine ,when im trying to use the diagnosit system check it just stops at the same disk drive check .

this issue has been going through alot of stages

first locking

second hibernating

third unresponding

and now my pc lights out but the lights indicator says that pc is charging

i did reduce my maximum processor rate to 99% instead of 100% and i put my laptop upside down so air ventilation can work more effectivly

now for you question , event 41 has been happening in those early stages (12/28/2024)

its still kinda the same but instead of my pc unresponding it just lights out completly ,and it aint even the charger, event 41 isnt happening anymore nor does my pc have that issue, everything is temporary.

if the issue still percist ill keep you update, rest up for now.and thank you for your efforts.
