Laptop stuck on "Diagnosing your PC"

I've had problems with my laptop for the last around 24 hours, and it's gotten to this screen, but never advanced to the advanced startup blue screen. A bunch of searching hasn't helped me and I don't have money to buy anything, although I have another laptop that is broken (hp windows 10) if that means anything.Image

Hi 5395racing,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Try to access the Windows Recovery Environment, turn your computer on and off three times. While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the loading logo. After the third time, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode. Click Advanced options when the recovery screen appears.

Then in the "Choose an option" screen, click Troubleshoot => Advanced Options => select Startup Repair.

If that didn't work, select System Restore and follow the on-screen instructions.

If both options didn't work, then RESET your PC.
in the "Choose an option" screen, click Troubleshoot => Reset this PC and follow the on-screen instructions.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

Wish I could test these out, but turning it off and on didn't get me past the diagnosing your PC screen, even after about an hour of waiting.

Please try to access Windows Recovery using installation Media. Follow the steps below.

1. On a working PC, Connect a USB flash device and then go to the Microsoft software download website. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
2. Download the media creation tool and then run it.
3. Select Create installation media for another PC.
4. Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).
5. Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish.
6. Connect the installation media you created to your nonfunctional PC, and then turn it on.
On the initial setup screen, enter your language and other preferences, and then select Next. If you're not seeing the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your boot order from BIOS and boot from the USB device.
7. Select Repair your computer.
8. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot> Advanced options

The Reset this PC option should be under Troubleshoot and not Advanced Options.
From the "Choose an option" screen > click Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
