Laptop Stuck in Recovery Mode after Reset

I recently performed a reset on my laptop using recovery mode, but now it won't restart or exit recovery mode. I've tried various methods to resolve this issue, including attempting to install Windows using the Media Creation Tool from a USB drive. However, when I try to access the Command Prompt, I encounter the message: "There aren't any administrator accounts signed in on this PC."

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If you are blocked by an administrator password in the Recovery Environment, you indicate you have created a bootable Windows USB, what happens if you boot up your system from that USB, what options have you tried on the USB, have you tried the 'Repair this Computer' option and have you tried to clean install, if so, at what point does the instalaltion fail.
