Laptop keeps crashing every few days

My Lenovo Legion 5 laptop keeps crashing every few days, no bluescreen, just freezes and I have to restart. Then I get an event 41 kernel-power error. I also keep getting every few minutes an event 1001 "bluescreen"/"clock_watchdog_timeout" error but there's no bluescreen; this is constant and happens every few minutes or hours every day, and happens right after booting. In safe mode this does NOT happen though, so I dont think its a hardware issue

About the crashing, I have ran DISM, sfc, checked the disc and RAM, did stress tests on CPU and GPU but everything seemed just fine. Tried reinstalling drivers, nothing either

Model: Lenovo Legion 5 82NW

OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600M

Hi Franco, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to assist, and just to confirm, can you still use the affected device? If so, I need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC, so that I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location, such as a desktop or documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using, and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using OneDrive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

Note: If there are no Minidump files, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that I can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:

Hello Bernard, thanks for the reply. Yes, the device still works perfectly outside of these random crashes and errors. There are also other issues I havent mentioned, like a "security-SPP" event that repeats multiple times in a row, among others. I will share my event logs so you can have a look yourself

The only dump in Windows/Minidump is the following file: 010425-11140-01.dmp

Application logs: Application_log.evtx

System logs: System_log.evtx

Hi Franco, thank you for patiently waiting, as per checking and analyzing the event logs, there are multiple Lenovo vantage errors on the PC and multiple general errors on the PC, in this case, I suggest uninstalling the Lenovo Vantage app then observe the device, if the issue persists, kindly follow the steps below:

Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.

- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.

- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.

- Close Task Manager.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Kindly follow the steps from this link:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.
