Laptop crashes when it's awakened from sleep mode. (after windows Fall Creators update)

My friends and I recently downloaded the new Windows 10 creators update 1709 and we noticed our Laptops Keep crashing after closing and opening the lid.

The Screen is filled with stripes. (see added Picture)

We all have roughly the same Laptops:

i7 6700HQ

8gb ddr4 ram

GTX 960m

Integrated Intel HD graphics

1tb HDD

128gb SSD

Is there a fix for this? It's really annoying and we can't seem to downgrade to a previous Version of Windows. Where this error didnt happen. I checked the Event log but there are no critical Errors.

I'm having exactly this same problem with a Dell Inspiron 13-7359 with Intel Core i7 -6500U.

I also started getting this problem after the Windows 10 Creators update. So far my workaround is a change in the settings to shut down instead of go to sleep:

Power & Sleep Settings > Additional power settings > Choose what closing the lid does > When I close the lid > Shut down

I had the same problem with my laptop - Dell Inspiron 15-5559, after I installed the new Windows 10 creators update. I fixed it by installing BIOS update using manufacturer's SupportAssist.
