kmode exception not handled when trying to install windows

When trying to install A fresh windows copy(I created it with the media creation tool) every time I try to boot to the installation window it gives me a blue screen error (Kmode exception not handled) I tried using a different USB stick

Upgrading my motherboards bios

I tried using a DVD that has a windows copy on it nothing worked for me

The pc is newly built by me

I tried putting a hard drive with windows pre-installed on it and it boots up fine

But when trying to install a new windows it just gives me this error before even reaching the installation window
