keybored not working

hello everyone,

i have lenovo y 50 70 laptop recently my built-in keybored not working properly it working just fine the bios and the pre win screen til the windows loading screen after that it may or may not  still  be working  at the begining restarting the system once solve the problem but it getting worse now i have to restart it couple or more times to get it working

I suggest trying all of the following steps and methods.

Make sure:
-Check your USB port is working
-Adjust your keyboard settings
-Reinstall your keyboard driver
-Update your keyboard and USB drivers (recommended)

Method 1:
1) On your PC desktop, click the Action Center icon in the lower-right corner and click All settings.
2) Click Ease of Access.
3) Click Keyboard.
4) Ensure Filter Keys is OFF, and close the window.

Method 2:
1) Right-click the Start button, then click Device Manager.
2) Expand Keyboards then right-click Standard PS/2 Keyboard and click Uninstall.
3) When prompted to confirm, click OK.
4) Restart your computer after the uninstall. If the problem persists, it’s likely that your driver is outdated, rather than faulty, and you should try Method 4 below.


I also suggest you update your keyboard and USB drivers manually by going to the manufacturer’s website and searching for the most recent correct driver.

hello to you too Irisdiel , I am grateful for your reply.

I have connected microsoft support several times none of them were useful, they have tried and checked all of that i think as to the usb drivers it's laptop keyboard ( built in ) i am not sure of the usb drivers connection but i have tried uninstalling the keyboard driver, nothing changes still the same problem, filter key already off.

i have tried all the fixes in the link , troubleshoot detect no problem, updating or uninstalling useless nothing changed

Are you sure my apps won't be affected because it would be very difficult to get them back all if not.
