Keyboard/Mouse not working on Windows 7 login screen

So I turn on my PC and load up and get to the Windows 7 Login screen and my mouse nor keyboard work.

It works in BIOS and works when loading up Hirens or any other OS, just not when it hits the Windows 7 Login screen.

I have tried other ports, 3 other keyboards, and 2 other mice, when using Hirens I have been able to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them that doesn't help any.

Does anyone know how I can login and fix this issue?

If you keep on experiencing this issue, we suggest using them when in safe mode and see if it makes any difference. See this link for more information.
