Keyboard stop working ( only letter and number )

Hello, my name is Gaston, I am an independent consultant and a Windows user like you.

I have seen this problem, and it can indeed be solved by just rebooting.

But if the problem returns, try the following:
1. Check if you have updates for your keyboard driver on the website of your pc manufacturer or from Device Manager.

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, and then select Device Manager.

Select a category to see the device names, and then right-click (or press and hold) the one you want to update.

Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Select Update driver.

Also try reinstalling the driver.

2. Disable fast startup and see if it is fixed:

Press the Windows + X keys and choose Power Options
In the right pane click on Additional Power Settings
On the left, click Choose the behavior of the on / off buttons
Click Change settings currently unavailable
Uncheck the Enable fast startup (recommended) box
Click Save Changes and close the Control Panel

Turn off the computer and check at startup if it works correctly now, shutting down and restarting.

until now i didnt have again the problem the only thing i tried was to uninstall and check again the driver for the keyboard . Maybe it fixed the problem thanks for your help :)
