KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Hello,

I was in the middle of working from home and my computer automatically restarted with a blue screen error. Any idea as to what the cause of this is and how I might quickly resolve this issue from recurring in the future?

I believe this link should take you to the minidump file I found on my computer.

Hi, my name is Nigel and I am an Independent Advisor here to try and work with you on this issue you are having.

The error shown in the dmp file indicates a memory fault.

Please can you run the following memory test first.

Can you also confirm the make/mode and serial of your machine.
If a custom machine please confirm the make/model of motherboard and graphics card.

Hope this helps!

Hi Nigel. Sorry it took a little bit to reply. I managed to forget my account information I created that day, that being my e-mail and password. So, I just created a new account since it seemed easier. I ran the standard memory test and this was my result: "The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors".

I have the Dell Latitude E7440 S/N: 2D10Q12.
