Kernel Power 41 despite every possible fix

CPU: 7500F

MOBO: MSI B650M MORTAR

GPU: SAPPHIRE 7900 GRE

PSU; FSW VITA 750W

RAM: G SKILL TRIDENT Z 32GB 16X2 6400MHZ

COOLER: DEEPCOOL MYSTIQUE 360

All of the parts are brand new except the GPU(i owned from my previous build no problems) and the RAM (2nd hand), my previous build had no problems whatsoever with my GPU. During games there are no crashes with the GPU, good temps. Aida 64 on cpu had no crashes, good temps.

I built this rig a month ago, I've been having random restarts, no blue screens just restarts immediately. No dumpfiles before but event viewer only states Kernel Power 41. This time I had a minidump for the first time. I will send the link here. I have no idea how to understand the minidump can someone please help please haha

dumpfile

cbs log file

I've tried everything i found on the internet from checking the wires to turning off fast start up, turning off c states, turning off all overclocks but still the issue persists.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Kernel Power 41(63) errors usually indicate a hardware fault is causing the system to crash.

Your minidump file indicates a virtual driver (randgrid.sys) that is installed as part of a Call of Duty game that is causing your system to crash.

Try temporarily uninstalling the Call of Duty game to see if that stabilises your system.
