Kernel mode Trap error

Issue I have had with my computer now and also some of my customers and people we provide IT for.

My computer was fine until these three updates came out and after installing them it has happened 3 times:

Security update KB4561600 Adobe Flash Player W10 Version 1909 x64 2020-06

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 x64 KB4560960 2020-06

Update for Windows 10 version 1909 x64 KB4497165 2020-01 (This one is older not sure why it chose to install it today this could be the issue update).

Nothing new on the computer just these 3 updates worked fine ever since I used it. Just started happening TODAY.

event viewer response:

DCOM got error "1115" attempting to start the service SecurityHealthService with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server:

DCOM got error "1115" attempting to start the service SecurityHealthService with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server:

The other critical errors I have are just ones with issues related to unexpected shut down, general issues, system failure. No specific reasons why anything happened.

Example:

The previous system shutdown at 3:36:09 PM on ‎6/‎10/‎2020 was unexpected. The error message is just "Kernel mode trap error" etc. (Blue screen of course)

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. event ID 41 doesn't tell as to why it shut down unexpectedly

I had two updates in the Slow Ring. The Adobe Flash Player update stops at 45% and that stops the other updated from even starting! I get the error for KB4561600 on Ver.2024 (OS Build 19041.264). The Troubleshooter won't run. I get the error code Ox8000ffff.

I am using a Dell XPS with i9700 Processor, 64 Gig of DDR4 Ram,  NVIDIA Graphics, 2 TB PCIe and 2 TB HD if that helps anything.

Retired due to several disabilities
