Keep getting Code 43 on my RTX 3060

Hi there,

I recently acquired a new RTX 3060 (ASUS DUAL RTX 3060 V2 OC 12Go) and I can't seem to make it work properly on Windows 10.

After failing to open a game for the first time I realized my GPU wasn't working properly and that I had a Code 43 error while looking at the details in the Device Manager :

My first reaction was to unplug and replug my GPU to my motherboard and PCI-E but then I got the same error, so I started to exclude a hardware problem.

The drivers were up to date so I tried to install older drivers, it ended up working at some point but after a few minutes I got a BSOD with 'Video TDR Failure' so I reverted it back to the latest drivers.

I've tried since then different solutions found online (Updating Windows, Disabling Hardware Acceleration, Uninstall and Re-nstall drivers..ect) but nothing really worked.

I am not really sure what to try next, so I'd really appreciate some help.

Here's some more details about my config :

Windows 10 Pro - 21H2 , AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT 12-Core 3.79 GHz, ASUS ROG Strix X570-I, Corsair Hydro series H100X (not connected to the GPU), Bequiet SFX-L Power 600W and all of this is in a Masterbox NR200P

PS : Probably unrelated but y GPU is running at PCI-Express x16 1.1 instead of x16 4.0

Visit that mobo makers support to update Bios & Drivers, then Nvidia support for their drivers (If you had used the Nvidia install cd you would have an Nvidia shortcut to update these drivers and you would also get prompted to do so)

Alright, good idea. I've contacted Asus support as they both manufactured my motherboard and GPU, I'll try with Nvidia too. Thanks
