KB4592449 wont install, error 0x80070002

Hi.  I have a pc that is stuck on ver 1909.  It wont update any further due to the above mentioned update not installing.  Windows troubleshooter does not work... all it says is to reboot and then repeats itself ad nauseum.  No other update offers displayed.

Appreciate any thoughts on what next.

The best option is to bypass that update and go straight to version 20h2, making all other updates obsolete . . .

Click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to download the Update Assistant, then run that to immediately get 20h2 and bring your PC right up to date
