When I was unable to access Microsoft customer support to deal with screen and internet problems, I went to the internet and accessed an India based company that solved my problem, but installed a program called iyogi. Is it safe or have I invited in
bigger problems? They remotely took over my computer during the diagnostic and repair process.

Then too there's the pro and con reviews from Google, but keep in mind that these service companies commonly employ
shills in an attempt to sell their wares both on the net in general and even here on the Microsoft answers forums.
