I've purchased HD movies on iTunes but they won't play on my Windows PC. I'm being given an error about HDCP support.

My computer has a built-in display. It's an "all-in-one" PC so the movie should play. The screen resolution is 1920x1080. It's a fairly new PC. I bought it last year. Can I check somewhere if my PC is HDCP compatible?
How do I fix this? Is this an iTunes bug?
