Issues with Loading "System.TypeLoadException: Could not load Type"

Hi Guys,

I am getting below error. Please help me with this.

I tried solution of this

but it didn't work

•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
•- sfc /scannow

These both result came with no error. Any other solution please let me know.

System is i7-7500U

Windows 10 Home (20H2)

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

I have seen this previously, rest assured, there is nothing wrong with your Windows, there is a utility named Toolkit on your Startup and that needs to be re-installed, I just cannot remember what that Toolkit utility is.

Open Task Manager(Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

Select the Startup Tab in Task Manager, and please post a screenshot of that tab.
