Download and install malwarebyte antivirus. Activate trail premium feature and perform a full computer scan. 

Try to update your webroot and perform a scan.

My internet speed is 100mbps when I hit update the first time not being careful and thinking it was from Windows 10

I had a black screen and waited 6 hours for the update. What I find odd is it does not say MS Windows anywhere, You can pick restart, or snooze, so being cautious, I have been picking snooze, but now it say restart or wait until tomorrow no more snoozing. Also when it pops up you cannot use task manager to close it. You also can not use snipping tool to copy the image it comes up in some kind of light box. I uses a camera and took a picture of my screen to show it here. Also now it has started to show up on another computer. I have auto updates on all my computers, so they should not be out of date. My next step is to contact MS help and see if they can identify it, I am not convinced it is really from MS. I have 9 MS Win 10 computers and I have only seem this on 2?
