Is there a way to un-forget (unblock) the signal of my wireless headphones on my laptop (windows 10)?

Hello everyone,

I was trying  to pair my headphones to my computer and decided to click on "forget this device" to re-pair it with my laptop. Then my laptop couldn't find my headphones when I activated my bluetooth. So, I searched this issue on the internet and did the troubleshooting, went to device manager, control panel, networking, etc, and nothing worked. So, is there a way to unblock the signal maybe by using the Command Prompt?

Note : You can still write the steps if you used the device manager, control panel or networking that could work the repair this issue.

Hi Rodrigo,

I'm Benedict, an Independent Advisor. I'm here to help you.

What is the model of your wireless headphone? And also, kindly check if there are pending updates to install in the Windows Update settings. If so, please download and install the update(s).

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Benedict P.

Hi Benedict,

My headphones are from SkullCandy, RiffWireless and this is where I bought them from  :

https://www.skullcandy.ca/shop/headphones/bluetooth-headphones/riff-wireless

I've done all the updates necessary and still nothing is working.

Thanks for you concern.

Please try restarting the Bluetooth support service if possible:
1. Open Start Menu.
2. Type and search for "Services", then open it.
3. Find the Bluetooth Support service in the list of services.
4. Right-click on it. Click on Restart.
5. Next right-click on it and select Properties, go to General Tab and in the Startup Type option, click the drop down list and choose Automatic.
6. Click Apply and OK.
7. Restart your computer.

I tried that one last time and redo it right now and didn't work either. I am just going to buy a new one because maybe they aren't working properly. Thanks for your support.
