Is there a way to reset file explorer?

ImageMy file explorer is messed up. I am missing: My Computer, Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, Photos, and Videos from the Navigation Pane. How do I get it back?

You should be able to get those back once you reset the view.
open file explorer > click on three dots on top> it will open folder options> view> restore defaults.

Thank you! It worked. I also found I can select what I want to see, like libraries, networks, or this PC.
