Is Pcfix247.com scam or not

Is Pcfix247.com or pyd*phonehelp.com a scam or part of Microsoft tech support as they claim to be?
Hi Vinh,
I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

No unfortunately they are not. Have you given them remote access to your computer?

Yes, they had remote access. They were very good. Showed Microsoft web page pages with photos of Microsoft techs and that I supposedly was talking to with certifications. I canceled the credit card, did the ftc report, and am running the Microsoft malicious software removal tool.

If you allowed remote access, you do have issues. Now you must consider everything on your computer has been compromised. Passwords, PIN numbers, financial account information. A clean install of Windows is the best option and what I would do myself. See the following and decide if you want to tempt fate not knowing what they may have installed on your computer.
