It seems your device is compatible with version 24H2. To double-check:
1. In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.
Please share a screenshot of that window.
2. Try running the PC Health Check tool: https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
Click 'check now' button then share a screenshot of the result.

Thank you, Estrella!
I know that my laptop is compatible with windows 11 24H2 but the problem is it is not showing when I check for updates in settings.

First, I recommend using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant to update to the latest version. Download and install the file below to proceed:
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2171764
If the issue continues, try a repair in-place upgrade while keeping your files and apps. This helps fix or replace any corrupted files that may be causing the problem.
Note: Before doing so, unplug all unnecessary external peripherals connected to your PC, and temporarily disable any third-party antivirus program to avoid interference.
1. Click the 'Download now' button under 'Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)' and save it to your computer: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win... (Click the third 'Download Now' button.)
2. Run the downloaded file and select 'Yes' when prompted by User Account Control (UAC).
3. Accept the Microsoft Software License Terms if you agree.
4. On the 'What do you want to do?' screen, select 'Upgrade this PC now' and click 'Next.'
(This stage will download, verify, and create the Windows 10 or 11 installation media.) It will take some time to complete.
5. Under 'Choose what to keep,' select 'Keep personal files and apps,' then click 'Next.'
6. Click 'Install,' and the installation will begin. (This process will take some time, so please be patient.)

It's not appearing because the appraiser hasn't been run or there is a safeguard hold. See the post by questions_ in this thread.
Please open an admin Command Prompt window and run:
CompatTelRunner.exe -m:appraiser.dll -f:DoScheduledTelemetryRun
After it completes, run the following command:
REG QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TargetVersionUpgradeExperienceIndicators" /s
Post the output here.
The output shows whether there is a safeguard hold for your system.

The Microsoft healthcheck has the minimum generalized requirements that can be applied to all computers:
Secure boot
TPM
CPU
RAM
Drive
The healthcheck was not designed to check all factors that can interfere with or prevent upgrades:
Antivirus
BIOS
Corruption
Users
Holds
Drivers
Encryption
Migration
etc.
The scripts and commands collect log files and results that can be scanned for error messages and codes and factors that can interfere with or prevent upgrades.
When available please update the progress with the steps in the prior post.
