is it trustprice.com microsoft reliable partner?

I need for my company about 80 windows 7 licences, so I was wondering if doing business with trustprice.com is OK ?

I would tend to be suspicious of them

1) They claim to have been in business since 1990 - but the site was only registered in 2002

2) Their claimed business address is in Nevada - but the site is registered to a company in California.
