Is it safe to delete "windows error reports """debug dump files ""setup log files "" using the Disk Cleanup?

im new to windows 8.1 and want to know if its safe to delete in disk cleanup  the following items

"windows error reports """debug dump files ""setup log files "" they come  up with a tick mark when i do a disk clean run ???

Unless you are having BlueScreens or other serious system errors you can remove those.

I run Disk Cleanup regularly.  I tick all the boxes and let it get rid of everything.  As long as Windows is running well you don't need to keep log files of errors or setups.  I get rid of all System Restore points (except the last one) via the "More Options" too.  I have regular System Image backups so I don't need many system restore points, but you may feel differently about that.

I run Disk Clean as Administrator and as a Standard user.  That's to cover for all users on my machine.
