Is it possible to get a discount for Windows 10 Pro license?

Hi all, I just got a new laptop but it doesn't have any OS installed. I would like to install Windows 10 Pro, but cannot understand what's the final license price for it and can I get any potential discount as a new user? Thanks in advance

Nope. I'm pretty sure there's no offers or new-user discounts. The cost is around $215.

It's easy to ride down a hill while it's hard to climb the hill back up.
Like that, it's easy to malfunction a computer while it's hard to fix it.
