Is it possible to disable or password protect Safe Mode in Windows 10 for Administrators?

I have installed Kaspersky Safekids application in Windows 10.

My son can stop service of Safekids by using Safe mode.

I have required to give administrators rights to my son.

How can I block Safe mode?
It is fine to completely remove Safe mode feature.

I have tried to rename Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Network & Minimal key from registry but I am getting "The Registry Editor cannot rename . Error while renaming Key".

Can anybody help me?

Hi Kamlesh

It is not really possible to disable Safe Mode, there are so many ways to access Safe Mode. Even if you can disable that in the registry or with some other tool, crashing out of Windows will bring up the Recovery Environment, which also contains Safe Mode . . .

Hi Kamlesh. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 9 year Windows MVP and Independent Advisor, here to help you.

You'd need to make sure the children have a Standard Account:
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-user-...

There are some options here further down the page for WIndows 10: https://www.raymond.cc/blog/disable-f8-key-to-b...

There is also this older registry edit that you could try. I would set a System restore point first so you have an easy way to go back in addition to reversing the change in the registry:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
