IRQL_UNEXPECTED_VALUE tcpip.sys blue screen error

Hi Everyone,

Posting here is my last hope as I've tried everything to solve my problem. For the past couple of days I've had this blue screen error pop op. The error appears when I try to create a hotspot through a vpn connection (in my case I've tried both Express and Nord VPN). After i connect my other devices to this mobile connection in about 2 minutes the PC crashes and it restarts with this same error message:
STOP code: IRQL_UNEXPECTED _VALUE
What failed : tcpip.sys
The last time I know it worked fine was on the 17th of June and I first saw it failing on the 20th. Between the two dates I haven't installed any new drivers and haven't done basically anything that could interfere with this problem.
I have a TP link AX3000 network card that shares my home WIFI through said vpn connection.
To solve the problem I've tried resetting TCP/IP, reinstalling the network card driver, enabling and disabling secure boot in bios, ultimately reinstalling a clean copy of windows 11, later trying different drivers for the card, tinkering with the network adapters but nothing has seemed to work and I'm out of ideas

I'd appreciate some advice from someone who has any solution

Hi Balint Toth HU

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

Hi Balint Toth HU

I see you have KB5914697 installed, if you can uninstall that update, that should solve the problem, there is a known bug, that Microsoft have confirmed in that update that causes this problem.
