Hi,
This is a known issue we have had with several machines. Please try the following:
1) Open up Device Manager by typing that on the start menu then clicking the icon
2) Expand the 'Network Adapter's section, find the entry for your WiFi card then right-click then left-click 'Uninstall Device'
3) On the box that appears, tick the box that says 'Delete the driver software for this device' then click ok.
4) Right-click where it says 'Network Adapters' then left-click 'Scan for hardware changes'
5) Repeat steps 2 to 4 for the Ethernet adapter as well.
