Internet connected but not showing up.

Since the past few months I am facing a weird issue in my Windows 10.

Whenever I am connected to any wireless network or LAN, the network icon shows "Not connected, connections are available."

Also, under the wifi name it says "No internet, secured". I am able to work on Google chrome but the windows utilities and other applications says that there is no network connected.

Hi,
This is a known issue we have had with several machines. Please try the following:

1) Open up Device Manager by typing that on the start menu then clicking the icon
2) Expand the 'Network Adapter's section, find the entry for your WiFi card then right-click then left-click 'Uninstall Device'
3) On the box that appears, tick the box that says 'Delete the driver software for this device' then click ok.
4) Right-click where it says 'Network Adapters' then left-click 'Scan for hardware changes'
5) Repeat steps 2 to 4 for the Ethernet adapter as well.

What is showing at the bottom right of the taskbar when you place your mouse pointer over the icon? See example image below.

What version of Windows 10 are you using? Are you able to provide any images of what you are seeing?
