Need help, my NVIDIA gtx 1650 is not detected in device manager because of Intel(R) Pcie controller x16-1901 code 10. My device is HP Pavillion gaming Dk-0042tx, OS windows 10 home. Thank You

It could be a hardware issue but a driver conflict with any third party application can also cause this problem.
Boot into safe mode using the steps here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...

Once in safe mode right click on start button and click on device manager.
Ignore the driver warning click on display adapters.
Is your graphic card listed there?

i already uninstalled my dgpu from device manager, so it is not listed there. should it still listed there if i uninstalled it?
i tried to reinstall the dgpu driver, but always failed

The dgpu should still be listed with an error indicator for driver even if the driver is deleted. The device itself didn’t get deleted from the list.

You will need to get the laptop looked at by a service center. There is an issue with the dedicated gpu hardware on the laptop.
