Intel watchdog timer driver question

i got the BSOD with the Watchdog timer and I downloaded Driver easy and it found a lot of drivers that needed upadating and I found most in the device manager but the Intel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver (intel(R) WDT) wasn't anywhere in the device manager, the closest thing I can find to it is WDC WD10EZEX under Disk Drives. what I would like to know is how do I manually install this driver if I cant find it in the device manager?

Programs that claim to install drivers mostly install wrong drivers.
