Go to Device Manager, expand Network adapters, right-click on the WiFi adapter and select Uninstall device. Follow the same steps to uninstall the Bluetooth adapter and then restart your computer.
Windows should automatically reinstall the WiFi and Bluetooth adapter with its default driver.
Specify the exact make and model of your computer or go to Start, type msinfo and attach a screenshot of the System Information page.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated driver. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Network adapters
3-Right-click on the Wifi driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General
5- Go to the Driver tab and take a screenshot
You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.

Hi loui levy ,
first of all the network drivers must be downloaded from the official website of the PC manufacturer or the website of the motherboard manufacturer.
Temporarily set up USB tethering on your smartphone, then connect your PC to the phone via USB cable, access the internet and go to the support area of the PC manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer, go to the Driver section and make sure you are running the latest available version of the Wireless LAN driver and also the LAN driver.
Also, check if there are updated drivers available for the Chipset and make sure you are running the latest version of the BIOS.

What version of Windows 10 are you running? Type winver in the search box and then post the screenshot.
If you can't connect to the internet even via USB tethering, download the network drivers to a USB stick from the PC manufacturer's website using another computer and then transfer the downloaded drivers to your PC.
