Integrated Microphone Missing (NOT Disabled, MISSING) Windows 10

I have a new Lenovo Yoga 12 with Windows 10. Running into trouble with the integrated microphone no longer working (speakers still okay) after docking with the Lenovo OneLink ProDock and a Microsoft LifeCam Studio webcam. 

I've read the other posts and they all talk about right-clicking the recording devices window to show disabled and disconnected devices. This is not a solution in this case as the internal microphone seems to be uninstalled. 

Are there ways to re-identify the internal microphone and have it reinstalled?

I had this same problem for a while. I just made it work today. I went into BIOS (press enter on the 'lenovo' splash screen on boot) and disabled the microphone. I then rebooted, and enabled it again. It works now. I reinstalled/updated the conexant audio driver after the Win10 update as well, so make sure you do that.
