Install Outlook Express on Windows 7

I want to install Outlook Express 6 on my Windows 7.   Windows Live Mail just doesn't work right  and I can't get any support.  I am not the only one with this concern.   They had a good product with Outlook Express, why did they try to fix it????

You can only use OE on Windows 7 in one of two ways.

If you have Pro or Ultimate you can download and install XP Mode and run OE in that.

If you have Home Premium you can download and install VirtualPC 2007, and install a spare copy of XP in that if you have one.

AFAIK if you have Starter Edition then you can do neither of those things.
